ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his other family members for leading his routine life based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry with respect to the petitioner's complaint has already been completed and closed as early as on 14.06.2025 and a closure report has also been served and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made, this criminal original petition is closed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner.
