ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue a Work Site Inspection Certificate and working conditions of the Plants and machineries certificate enabling the Petitioner to participate in the Tender Notification of the 1st respondent in Tender No.53/2025-26/HDO/Dated 12.11.2025 in a time bound manner and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2. Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the work site inspection certificate has been sent to the petitioner by post today morning.

5. Therefore, the respondents are directed to issue a copy of the work site inspection certificate in person to the petitioner by the end of this day. Since the orders are being passed in the presence of the officials concerned, they shall not await the signed orders of this Court.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
