Seeking alternative employment with pay protection, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Today(05.12.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that the petitioner has already been provided with an alternative employment.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the respondent Corporation shall ensure pay protection to the petitioner, under Section 20 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016. No costs.
