The above petition has been filed seeking orders to appoint the sixth petitioner as guardian to represent the case of her sons / minor petitioners 7 and 8 herein.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and perused the affidavit.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 07.01.2026.
