2.Today(12.12.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent by referring to the proceedings of the Director of Municipal Administration, dated 09.12.2025 submits that the representation of this petitioner was duly considered and it was rejected. A copy of the proceedings was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to this petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
