ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to release the incentive increment for M.A.,qualification and release the yearly increments from April 2019 onwards by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 with all consequential benefits.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioners has also sent representation on 29.05.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in the light of the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.26182 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
