2. The writ petitioner purchased the petition-mentioned property vide sale deed dated 18.06.2008 registered as document No.1122/2008 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Karungalakudi. The petitioner now wants to sell the same. The attempt was in vain, since the registering authority insisted that NOC must be obtained from the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board. The petitioner came to know that in respect of similarly placed persons, NOC was already issued by the respondent Board. The petitioner had already given representation to the respondent.
3. The respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months after the constitution of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
