Heard Mr.S.Bala Karthick, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent.

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the judgment dated 09.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.854 of 2024 in Crime No.22 of 2024 on the file of 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Bala Karthick, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submitted that the Revision Petitioner do not propose to press the Criminal Revision Petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
