This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to close History sheet in H.S.No.673/2001 representation, dated 26.11.2025, that has been opened against petitioner on the file of the third respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, submitted that review meeting in this regard is to be convened this month and a final call will be taken on this issue only in the review meeting.

3. Recording the same, directing the third respondent to place the case of the petitioner before the second respondent for appropriate orders, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
