This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to register the complaint and initiate legal action against the ,4th respondent based on petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint First Information Report was registered. The same is recorded.

3. Since the petitioner's prayer was answered, this Writ Petition is allowed. No Costs.
