O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to carry out survey, measurement and demarcation of boundaries of the properties comprised in Old Survey No. 624/2A and New Survey No.624/16 measuring to an extent of 1056 Square feet situated at Melagaram Village, Melagaram, Tenkasi District and considering petitioner's application dated 10.10.2025.

2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given representation for the purpose of survey and demarcation of the property in question.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the survey is fixed on 04.12.2025.

5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to participate in the process of survey and provide all the necessary documents for the purpose of demarcation of the property. Thereafter, the respondents shall consider the document and conclude the proceedings in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, as early as possible, preferably within 12 weeks.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
