When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner would submit that without ascertaining the share of the employee concerned, the clarification that has been sought for cannot be given.

2. This Court is of the view that the objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner is well founded. In view of the same, the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.13531 of 2016 dated 10.12.2024 is recalled.
