Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner had given representation dated 12.11.2025 regarding conducting of a particular ritual. It appears that there is dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

4. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the said representation and pass a speaking order after putting the fourth respondent and the other interested persons on notice. I make 2/4
