ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the Additional District Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.65 of 2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. A report has been called from the trial court to ascertain the pendency of the cases that are pending before the trial court. A report has been forwarded from the trial court vide D.No.11280/2025-A dated 08.12.2025, where a year wise breakup has been given and 387 cases are pending before the concerned Court as on date. In the year 2020, there are 32 cases pending.

3. In view of the above report, learned Additional District Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, shall dispose of the suit in O.S.No.65 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
