2. The learned Counsel appearing for the 6th respondent has filed a counter dated 08.12.2025. Paragraph No.11 of the counter is extracted as follows:- "The 6th respondent staunchly denied the allegations of the Petitioner contained in Para No.3 that the respondents 4 to 6 are trying to install electricity transmission line in his lands comprised in Survey Nos. 483/1 and 483/3 without his consent. It is humbly submitted that the lands mentioned in this Writ Petition are not part of the present power project. Besides, if there is any future proposal to lay electrical transmission lines over the Petitioner's land, such action will be done in accordance with the settled position of law. Hence, the apprehension of the Petitioner at this juncture is unwarranted. Therefore, this Writ Petition may be dismissed as premature."
3. In view of the counter filed by the 6th respondent, the apprehension of the writ petitioner is unfounded. No further adjudication is called for. The affidavit is taken on file and recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 08.12.2025 1/3 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 3/4
