O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same in accordance with law, on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the representative of Gro Digital Platform Limited. The said company entered into an agreement with Trice Freight Solutions and was doing business. However, the said Trice Freight Solutions defaulted in payments. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the second respondent on 29.04.2023, due to which C.S.R.No.687/2023 was issued. However, so far no action was taken and further, the case was not handed over to the District Crime Branch.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, submitted that after conducting enquiry, the case was closed.

4. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. Without going into the merits of this case, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to approach the District Crime Branch, Tuticorin, to reopen the case and the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tuticorin, is directed to conduct an enquiry promply and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
