ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension passed by the respondent in R.C.No.3541/A1/2025 dated 30.05.2025 and seeking consequential direction to the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.

2. Even though the order of suspension had been made on the ground that the petitioner had been detained under custody for more than 48 hours for the offence committed by him, against which, the petitioner had filed an appeal and he has also been enlarged on bail. The order of suspension was made on 30.05.2025 and therefore such order of suspension is liable to be reviewed as per Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management Department, dated 04.08.2022.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to review the order of suspension dated 30.05.2025 with reference to the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management Department, dated 04.08.2022. The said exercise shall be carried 2/4
