2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the satisfaction of the Court was incorrectly mentioned as 'Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram' instead of 'Learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram' and this error was reflected in the order dated 28.11.2025. Therefore, he seeks modification of the same.

3. Considering the request of the petitioner, order portion i.e., paragraph No.6 shall be replaced as follows:- ''6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who 1/3

intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that:"

4. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 28.11.2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.21896 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
