ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 14.03.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.10877 of 2024 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.Aa6/1914/2024, dated 29.12.2025, and submitted that the UDR relating to the land which the petitioner is seeking to subdivide needs to be amended. He further submitted that the UDR amendment does not fall within the jurisdiction of the respondent / Tahsildar. Therefore, the petitioner was informed to file a petition before the District Revenue Officer to amend the UDR, after which the petitioner's request for subdivision Patta would be considered.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings, if she is so aggrieved.
