ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the 3rd to 5th respondents for their illegal act by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 03.09.2025 and take action against the 3rd to 5th respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and subsequently closed, as the petitioner himself had represented that he would seek appropriate remedy before the Civil Court. A closure report in this regard has also been circulated before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue remedy before the appropriate Civil Court. 03.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes mkn 2/4
