O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to expedite the appeal dated 10.03.2025 as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent for making sub-division and patta transfer for survey No.362/29A of Koodankulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and conclude the Proceedings within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The third respondent approached the second respondent for the purpose of transfer of patta and sub-division, which was allowed by the second respondent and patta was issued in favour of the third respondent. According to the petitioner, the demarcation included pathway and patta was issued in the name of the third respondent. 2/4

Aggrieved by the pathway being included in the patta of the third respondent, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 10.03.2025. The petitioner claims that he has no ingress to reach his land and the pathway of the three other land owners were also obstructed on account of this and the same was agitated in the appeal, which is now pending consideration.

4. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry in the pending appeal, after giving notice to the parties concerned and dispose of the appeal within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from today.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
