ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to re-investigate the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd Respondent in a proper manner under the supervision of 1st respondent and to file final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that already the final report has been filed in C.C.No.2636 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. The remedy is available for the petitioner before the learned Trial Court under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., 1973, for further investigation or reinvestigation.

3. Recording the same, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. The learned Trial Court is directed to consider the petitioner's objections while framing the charges. 2/4
