O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.24456 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025 has not been complied with.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation by referring to the proceedings, dated 11.12.2025 submits that the retirement benefits due to this petitioner has been settled as directed by this Court in WP(MD) No.24456 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the quantum of amount settled by the respondent Corporation. 4.In the event if the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the quantum arrived by the respondent Transport 2/5

Corporation, it is for the petitioner to challenge the calculation memo filed by the respondent, by way of a writ petition.

5. This contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to furnish the details with regard to the calculation, based on which, the petitioner's retirement benefits have been arrived. In the event, if this petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same by way of a writ petition. The calculation memo has to be furnished to this petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order by registered post or in person.
