[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 349 days in the filing the above writ appeal.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent / writ petitioner made a strong objection for condoning the delay.
3. This Court, on perusing the records, finds that the petitioner herein is one of the respondents in the writ petition by being arrayed in her personal capacity and therefore, when the writ petition was allowed, the superior officials seem to have assured her that they will take care of the appeal. Believing their words, she has not preferred the appeal in time. Since the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit are acceptable and genuine, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 349 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the same for admission in the usual course. [G.J., J.] [K.K.R.K., J.] 11.12.2025 NCC :
