ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned rejection order dated 19.11.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and consequently, to direct the 3rd respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct a protest meeting near the Kamarajar Statue, Tirunelveli District, on 28.11.2025 at about 05.00 p.m., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2025.

2. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the date sought by the petitioner for conducting the protest meeting has already elapsed.
