This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to give necessary direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1293 of 2021 and to file final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, by way of e-filing in No.LTN20230000262C20250025, on 13.03.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
