ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to conduct survey of the petitioner's house property in Patta No.266 in G.R.No.110/285 of Nambuthalai Post, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering her application No.20251018006927 dated 18.10.2025.

2. With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that online application has been made for demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 18.10.2025 and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
