Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Criminal Side) For Intervenor : Mr.N.Mohideen Basha ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) and 6(c ) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.19547 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that now the petitioners financial capacity is very low and they were unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police and the learned counsel appearing for the Intervenor/defacto complainant.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.19547 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025, is modified and the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.591 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of entire amount, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall deposit the said amount in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order/Judgement is passed in the case in Crime No.591 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order /Judgment. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall stand as it is. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
