ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18687 of 2025, dated 27.10.2025 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 34 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.18687 of 2025 on 27.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.18687 of 2025 on 27.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 05-12-2025 jbr To The Inspector Of Police, PEW Thirumangalam Police Station, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.
