ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's petition dated 19.11.2025, pending before the third respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the first to third respondents, on instructions, submitted that an enquiry was conducted, pursuant to which the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent appeared before the police, and that the fourth respondent has agreed to approach the appropriate forum against the real accused who had cheated her. Therefore, the fourth respondent is at liberty to approach the competent Court against the real accused.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
