This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and his family and, consequently, to take appropriate action against the Respondents 3 to 13 based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025, within the time 2/5

frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025, an enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed.
