Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the respondents directly within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
