ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17651 of 2025, dated 14.10.2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for nearly 49 days.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions remain unaltered.
