ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, to expedite the trial and dispose of the application in IA.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.140 of 2020, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order dated 10.12.2025, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.16/2026, dated 06.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the suits arising from the year 2020 to 2025, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending suits is 389 and the pendency of the suits in the year 2020 is 27. 3.Considering the fact that the present suit is of the year 2020, the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.140 of 2020 2/4

on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, is also directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the above suit, as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
