ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that this Court had already directed the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation. However, the petitioner has not co-operated with the investigation. He further submitted that the petitioner has been involved in some other case.
2. In view of the above submission, the interim order already granted by this Court stands vacated. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
