ORDER

The petitioner/A-3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) @ Section 103(1) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.156 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD) NO. 21922 of 2025 Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is A-3. Already, A-1, A-2, and A-4 have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Moreover, the accused persons are involved in an offence under Section 302 of the IPC. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
