ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16904 of 2025, dated 16.10.2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.
