Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondents 3 and 4 in the light of the resolution No.10/2008 dated 26.08.2008 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondents 3 and 4 in the light of the resolution No.10/2008, dated 26.08.2008, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 09.11.2025 to take necessary action against the respondents 3 and 4 in the light of the resolution No. 10/2008, dated 26.08.2008. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that as on date the functioning of Wqkf Board has been stayed and hence they are not in a position to consider the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2025 once new Waqf Board has been constituted, and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of operation of the new Waqf Board.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
