ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the 4th respondent to admit the petitioner's son in the allotted B.O.T. Seat by collecting only the Government fee based on the allotment order issued by the 3rd respondent committee dated 8.10.2025. 2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner instead of fee fixed by the Government, the 4th respondent institute is demanding more fee and refused to admit the petitioner's son namely A.S.Deepan to B.O.T course. 2/5
3.Even though several adjournments have been granted to the 3rd respondent to get instruction as well as instruct the 4th respondent, so far no instructions have been received in writing.
4.In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands allowed and the 4th respondent college is directed to admit the writ petitioner's son on payment of the fee fixed by the Government namely Rs.33,000/-. 5.For reporting compliance, post on 02.01.2026. 16-12-2025 Internet : Yes/No Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No msa 3/5
