2. As per the order of this Court, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs. 9 lakhs, and a receipt has also been produced. In respect of Rs.6 lakhs, the petitioner has submitted a valuation report for S.Nos. 226/2A and 237/2, Kunnathoor Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. According to the petitioner, the said land is valued at Rs. 14.20 crores, and the same is recorded. Therefore, the prosecution is directed to ascertain the correct valuation and submit a report before this Court.

3. Post the matter on 27.02.2026 for submission of the valuation report.
