respondent in proceedings in Ref.No. 90288/N1/2025 dated 21.11.2025 and the consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No. 21429/E2/2/2025 dated 25.11.2025 and quash the same in so far the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to accommodate the petitioner in the sanctioned vacancy. ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in proceedings in Ref.No. 90288/N1/2025 dated 21.11.2025 and the consequential order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No. 21429/E2/2/2025 dated 25.11.2025 and quash the same in so far the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to accommodate the petitioner in the sanctioned vacancy.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the deputation order had been cancelled and the petitioner had been directed to report before the Sivagangai, Government Medical Collage 2/5

during the mid academic year and that the children of the petitioner is studying 10th standard and that the order dated 25.11.2025 shall be kept in abeyance till the end of the academic year in sofaras the petitioner is concerned.

3. Considering the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to make a request to the Authority concerned to relieve her and post her in Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai till the end of the academic year. If such representation is made by the petitioner, respondents are directed to consider positively and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that after completion of the academic year, the petitioner shall report at the transferred place.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.11.2025 tta 3/5
