Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to counter sign the experience certificate submit by the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to apply the post of Assistant Professors in Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Service for Government Arts & Science Colleges and Colleges of Education as per the notification No.04/2025 dated 16.10.2025 issued by the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to the first respondent to counter sign the experience certificate submitted by the 2/6

petitioner so as to enable him to apply the post of Assistant Professors in Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Service for Government Arts & Science Colleges and Colleges of Education, by considering his representation dated 24.11.2025.

2.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the University submits that the petitioner having submitted a representation seeking experience certificate on 24.11.2025, has filed this writ petition on 27.11.2025. The petitioner has not enclosed the following required documents for this counter signature:- i)College-staff approval order ii)Attendance iii)Acquittance iv)ECS Statements and other relevant records. 3.Considering this submissions on behalf of the University, this Court by its order dated 03.12.2025, directed the petitioner to furnish those documents and also directed the first respondent/University to 3/6

issue a certificate required by the petitioner enabling him to proceed for TRB examination, on 20.12.2025.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is reported that the certificate required by the petitioner has been furnished by the University.

5.In view of the above, this Court by placing appreciation to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent/ University, is inclined to close this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
