ORDER

This petition is filed seeking modification of the condition 1/4

No.1 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5019 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy, dated 26.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. In line with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 19513 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025, the first condition of the impugned order in Crl.M.P.No.5019 of 2025 dated 26.11.2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy, is hereby modified, so that the petitioner shall be released on bail on depositing a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of the case in Crime No.26 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy and the petitioner is directed to furnish sureties within a period of two weeks from today. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition disposed of. (LVGJ) 02.12.2025 apd Note: Issue on 05.12.2025.
