Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to remove the entry made in the Encumbrance Certificate by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024 and 20.01.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the entry made in the Encumbrance Certificate by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024 and 20.01.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as per the Hon'ble Justice R.M.Lodha Committee, the properties mentioned in the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024 and 20.01.2025 are under the control of the PACL Ltd., and no registration can be made in respect of the same.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a District Judge has been appointed to look into similar issues.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority for getting appropriate relief. No costs.
