PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings pertaining to the attendance percentage of the petitioner ID card number 362/II/AE2023-2024 Batch/Edn.cell/VCRI-TNI/2025 dated 18.11.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently permit the petitioner to appear for the 2nd annual examination scheduled in-between 20.11.2025 and 10.12.2025 and also the practical and viva voice examination scheduled in between 11.12.2025 to 22.12.2025.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the third respondent wherein the petitioner has not permitted to appear for the examination on the ground of lack of attendance. 2/5
2.It is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has rejoined the second year course and has given a request to the third respondent University for migrating to other college.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent submits that the request of the petitioner would be considered and forwarded and orders would be passed within a period of three weeks. 4.In such view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
