ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. Issuance of notice to the respondents 2 to 4 is dispensed with. 2.The writ petitioner's wife died due to gas stove burst. In this regard, Crime No.82 of 2025 was registered on 30.04.2025 under Section 194 of BNSS, 2023. The petitioner states that for such cases ex gratia is paid by the District Administration. The petitioner has also given a representation in this regard.

3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation as per the existing norms and the applicable statutory provisions within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
