ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to register the document presented by the petitioner for registration, on the basis of his representation dated 30.07.2025. 1/3

However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that, in the present case, with regard to the registration of document presented by the petitioner, the respondent has issued a refusal check slip on 12.12.2022 itself. Therefore, the question of consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2025 will not arise, unless the refusal slip dated 12.12.2022 is challenged by the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
