ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 on its merits, by conducting an enquiry and providing an opportunity to all interested parties, and to pass necessary orders in accordance with the law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is hereby dispensed with.
4. According to the petitioner, the subject property is ancestral in nature and belongs to the petitioner's family, specifically, inherited from the maternal grandfather, Ponniah Thevar. The petitioner is also one of the legal heirs to the
said property. The petitioner, in an effort to protect the rightful ownership and preserve family inheritance, submitted a representation dated 22.09.2025 to the concerned authorities, seeking deletion of the name of the alleged subsequent purchaser, Natarajan / the fourth respondent herein, from the revenue records in relation to the said property and restoration of the names of the legal heirs of Ponniah Thevar, as per the rightful claim over the ancestral property. Despite the submission of the representation and the rightful claims of the petitioner, the same is still pending consideration and there has been no progress made by the concerned authorities till date. Hence, the Writ Petition.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.09.2025, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, the fourth respondent as
well as all other persons, who may be interested in the subject matter, within ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the second respondent to consider the same on its own merits. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. NCC : Yes / No (K.SURENDER, J.)
