O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from laying an electricity transmission line through the petitioner's property.

2. Mr. Jaishankar Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent, upon instructions, submitted that the alignment of the transmission line has been changed and, therefore, the transmission line will not be drawn through the petitioner's subject property.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, nothing further survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the sixth respondent not to draw the electricity transmission line through the petitioner's subject property.

4. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
