This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.105 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Mahila Court, Trichy, by way of efiling in No.LTN20220001611C202500454 on 30.11.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
